Place frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets and tomato halves on a baking tray, season tomatoes with salt and pepper. Cook following fish packet directions.
Meanwhile cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain and mash with a little milk, beating until fluffy. Stir in grated cheese.
Place cooked fish on a bed of cheesy mash and serve with tomatoes and Birds Eye Peas and Corn.
Drizzle the tomatoes with a little olive oil before cooking.
