Everyone’s favourite dinner! Fish with mash, tomatoes and veggies.

Step 1

Place frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets and tomato halves on a baking tray, season tomatoes with salt and pepper. Cook following fish packet directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain and mash with a little milk, beating until fluffy. Stir in grated cheese.

Step 3

Place cooked fish on a bed of cheesy mash and serve with tomatoes and Birds Eye Peas and Corn.

Tip Drizzle the tomatoes with a little olive oil before cooking.
