ITALIAN CHICKEN SCALLOPINI
1. Diagonally slice 500g skinless chicken breast into thin pieces.
2. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a frying pan, add chicken and cook for 57 minutes or until browned.
3. Add Leggo's Simmer Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve with seasonal vegetables.
