Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 cup sliced button mushrooms
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 500g jar Raguletto Red Wine & Garlic Bolognese Sauce
  • Grated parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

Step 1

Cook pasta following packet directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat a large non stick frypan over high heat. Add mince and cook stirring until browned. Add mushrooms and carrot and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3

Add Raguletto Red Wine & Garlic Bolognese Sauce. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with pasta, topped with grated parmesan cheese.

Tip Lamb, pork or chicken mince can be used in this recipe.
