Heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat and cook mince for 5-6 minutes or until browned. Reduce heat to low and add Leggo’s Pasta Sauce. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and stir continuously for 1 minute without browning. Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk. Return to heat and bring to the boil, stirring continuously until sauce thickens. Add tasty cheese and stir until cheese melts.
Spread ¼ cup of bolognese sauce over the base of a 32cm x 22cm lasagne dish, cover with a layer of lasagne sheets. Spoon over 1/3 of the bolognese sauce, cover with lasagne sheets and spoon over another 1/3 of the bolognese sauce. Top with 1/3 of the cheese sauce and cover with a layer of lasagne sheets. Spoon over remaining bolognese sauce and cover with a final layer of lasagne sheets. Spoon over remaining cheese sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 40-50 minutes or until cheese has melted and is golden brown. Stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
Serve with crusty bread and a green salad.
