Place frozen Birds Eye Hash Browns and bacon onto a greased oven tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes.
Place tomatoes onto a separate baking paper lined tray. Spray with oil and season to taste. Place in the oven with the hash browns for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
Serve hash browns with lettuce leaves, bacon and roasted vine tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan evenly over the Hash Brown BLT’s for extra flavour.
