Birds Eye Hash Browns are topped with bacon lettuce and tomato for a great breakfast treat

Ingredients

  • 375g packet frozen Birds Eye Hash Browns
  • 6 rashers lean middle bacon
  • 12 vine ripened tomatoes
  • Spray oil
  • 6-8 curly lettuce leaves

Instructions

Step 1

Place frozen Birds Eye Hash Browns and bacon onto a greased oven tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Place tomatoes onto a separate baking paper lined tray. Spray with oil and season to taste. Place in the oven with the hash browns for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.

Step 3

Serve hash browns with lettuce leaves, bacon and roasted vine tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

Tip Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan evenly over the Hash Brown BLT’s for extra flavour.
