Crunchy oven baked fish on a bed of warm Asian noodles.

  • 425g packet frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Fish – Original Crumb
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry - Malaysian
  • 300g fresh thin egg noodles
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce

Step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Fish following packet directions.

Step 2

Heat sesame oil in a wok or frypan. Add frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry and cook for 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile, loosen noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and drain. Add drained noodles to wok along with hoisin sauce and toss to combine.

Step 3

Serve cooked fish with vegetables and noodles.
