Step 1

Cook frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets following packet directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile, add olive oil, garlic and cherry tomatoes to a fry pan and heat for 1 minute, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and toss with Edgell Four Bean Mix and Mexican style rice.

Step 3

Serve fish with Mexican style rice and beans. Garnish with coriander.

Tip Pre-packed flavoured rice makes a great accompaniment to family meals.
