Ingredients

  • 550g packet frozen I&J Original Crumb Fish Fillets
  • 3 cups mixed salad leaves
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

Step 1

Cook frozen I&J Fish Fillets following packet directions.

Step 2

Arrange salad leaves, onion slices and cooked fish on serving plates.

Step 3

Combine yoghurt, mustard and honey and drizzle over salad and fish.

Tip Serve with cooked Birds Eye Shoestring Fries on the side.
