A simple and delicious hummus perfect for nibbles or starters before your next dinner party!

  • 400g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Juice of ½ large lemon
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pita bread triangles and vegetable sticks, for serving
  • Extra olive oil, smoked paprika and fresh mint, for garnish

Step 1

Place Edgell Chick Peas, garlic, tahini, cumin, lemon juice and oil in a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 2

Serve with pita bread triangles and vegetable sticks. Garnish with extra oil, paprika and mint.

Tip Store in an airtight container, cover surface with a thin layer of olive oil and store for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
