  • 400g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin, plus extra for garnish
  • Juice of ½ large lemon
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pita bread and vegetable sticks, for serving
  • Fresh mint, for garnish

Step 1

Place Edgell Chick Peas, garlic, tahini, cumin, lemon juice and olive oil in a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 2

Serve with an assortment of bread, crackers and vegetable sticks. Garnish with fresh mint and extra cumin.

Tip Store in an airtight container, cover surface with a thin layer of olive oil and seal.
