Chicken & Vegetable Triangles

These pastry triangles are so easy to make and the kids will love them!

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 420g can Edgell Peas & Carrots, drained
  • 3 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, extra, lightly beaten

Instructions

Step 1

Combine chicken, cheese, egg and Edgell Peas & Carrots in a bowl.

Step 2

Cut each pastry sheet into 4 squares. Place a spoonful of filling in the centre of each square, brush edges with lightly beaten egg and fold over to make a triangle. Crimp edges to seal. Place on a baking paper lined oven tray and brush with remaining egg mixture.

Step 3

Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Tip Sprinkle with sesame seeds, dried herbs or cracked black pepper before cooking.
