Cheesy Chicken Pumpkin & Tomato Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 2½ cups short pasta, cooked following packet directions
  • 2 cups diced BBQ chicken
  • 500g jar Leggo’s Pasta Bake with Creamy Tomato & Mozzarella
  • 1 cup cooked and mashed pumpkin
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese

Instructions

Step 1

Place cooked and drained pasta into a 2 litre capacity baking dish. Spoon diced chicken over the pasta.

Step 2

Mix together Leggo’s Pasta Bake and mashed pumpkin, stir through pasta.

Step 3

Sprinkle with grated tasty cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 minutes or until cheese and melted and golden.

Tip Fold chopped fresh herbs through pasta in STEP 2 for added flavour.
