  • 425g packet frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Fish - Lightly Battered
  • 600g packet frozen Birds Eye Deli Seasoned Chips – Parmesan, Garlic & Basil
  • Lime Sweet Chilli Sauce:
  • ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
  • Juice and finely grated zest of ½ lime
  • Corn and Avocado Salsa:
  • ½ avocado, finely diced
  • 125g can Edgell Corn Kernels, drained
  • Juice and finely grated zest of 1 small lime
  • ¼ small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon roughly chopped or small fresh coriander leaves
  • A few drops of tabasco sauce, to taste, optional
  • Chunky Tomato Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tomato, de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped

Cook frozen Birds Eye Fish following packet directions.

Meanwhile, combine ingredients for your preferred selection of sauces.

Step 4

Serve fish and chips with accompanying sauces.

Tip If using an oven to cook the fish and chips simultaneously, follow the chip cooking temperature. Use 220°C, start cooking chips before adding fish in the last 20 minutes of cooking time. Cook until steaming hot.
