Asian style vegetables flavoured with a dressing of soy sauce, honey and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry - Thai Style
  • 2 cups bean shoots
  • ½ cup chopped mint leaves
  • ½ cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 3 cups shredded Chinese cabbage
  • Dressing:
  • 1/3 cup salt reduced soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

Step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry vegetables following packet directions, set aside to cool.

Step 2

Combine cooked vegetables, bean shoots, herbs and cabbage in a serving bowl.

Step 3

Combine dressing ingredients and add to bowl, tossing gently. Serve immediately.

Tip Cooked and shredded chicken can be added to this dish to make it a complete meal.
