Step 1
Heat oil in a non stick frypan to a medium high heat, cook crumbed chicken schnitzels until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 2
Top each schnitzel with a generous squeeze of Leggo’s Pizza Sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Step 3
Cook under a hot grill or preheated oven at 200°C for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 4
Serve with a garden salad and garnish with cracked black pepper and basil leaves.
Tip
For a real Aussie Pub version add a slice of ham before topping with Leggo’s Pizza sauce and cheese.
